You can add information about the costs and income associated with each task and resource in the project. MacProject II will track these items along with the schedule.
There are two kinds of costs: one-time costs for tasks and ongoing costs for resources. Resource costs are unit costs that accumulate during the period of a task.

Choose Task Cost Entry from the Chart menu.
Select the field for the fixed cost or fixed income you want to enter.
